PIG ROAST MENU

Our juicy suckling pigs are slow smoked in our applewood smoker for an average of 16 hours until the meat is so tender it's almost falling off the bone. The pig is accompanied by ranch rolls, condiments, and homemade pineapple salsa.

The price is based on a 120 pound pig. This will feed 100 people. Pig delivered hot and colorfully displayed in our "Pig Pan" with vegetable and fruit garnish, ranch rolls, pineapple salsa, condiments, chaffing dishes and sternos, serving utensils, and a chef to hand pull the pork ........................................................... $21.95 per person
